    DC390/12 and iPod Touch 4G iOS 6 incompatibility

    I purchased the DC390/12 several months ago and used it very successfully with my 4th Generation iPod Touch iOS 5.1.1. I then updated the iOS to the new 6.0.1 via iTunes and since then the iPod Touch no longer plays music on the DC390. It charges ok on both docks, but it won't play music, instead it returns the following message on the iPod Touch, "this accessory is not supported by ipod touch". Of course I can still use the MP3 port, but it defeats the purpose of being able to play music while charging in the dock. Please assist.

    Make sure that you reboot your Ipod touch and try again
