Solid Green Light
Hello,
I have a aw3000 and have set it up and got it working. I left it for a while and it has a solid green light. I understand this to be the standby light and I have pressed the on button but the light does not change.
Please can you help?

Hi Philipsfrog,
Sorry that I still do not quite understand your problem.
Here we have 2 setup FAQs - one for Apple device and one for Android device.
Apple:
http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/c...w_partial.html
Android:
http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/c...w_partial.html
Would you please follow through the steps and let us know starting from which steps it does not work for you?
With thanks & regards,

The entire thing here looks weirdo ...
Green light normally comes when the unit is 10 minutes in standby (and left untouched).
Before that it would stay in either amber / white / white blinking.
Don't see in this thread how fast the unit goes into the GREEN LIGHT mode, but if it is faster than the 10 minutes, I would suspect this unit is sick and shall need a repair.
On the other hand, from your first reply I see, you got it once working. There you wrote, I push the standby key and nothing happened. Well, the unit is a bit slow to change from GREEN to ORANGE or WHITE LED when you push the power key. E.g. sometimes it takes 2 to 5 seconds (at least that happens with unit I traded in for my older stuff
).
Not to confuse you, ...
Is there any key stuck on the unit ? (e.g. can't hear a click feeling)
Also, you may try to put the unit back into VIRGIN mode. I saw a cryptic description on the Philips page under FAQ's ...
http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/c...w_partial.html
There you find a passage about ...
If the speaker was connected to a wireless network before, but it cannot get access to the network anymore:
Follow the steps below to reset the speaker; and then set up the wired connection:
Resetting the speaker:
