Hi, as the title suggests i am having a couple of issues with my smart tv (47PFL7666T/12) more than likely its not the tv having issues but myself but a bad workman always blames his tools

First, how do i get subtitles to play when viewing videos through USB? as my partner is polish and sometimes struggles with the dialogue on some films and subtitles would make life a whole lot easier

And second, is this tv able to play MKV files? if so how do i go about doing it?

If i could get these issues resolved this already fantastic tv would be even better.
