Hi everybody

My CD-player broke down and in my search to replace it, I was thinking to replace it by a Blu-Ray player BPD3300/12. My idea was to be able to play my CD's as before, and also be able to play Blu Ray discs. The audio signal coming from the cd's should be processed by an analog stereo amplifier from Pioneer. Therefore the Blu Ray player must have an analog output (with cinch connecting wires). The video signal coming from the Blu Ray discs can be transmitted to the TV by HDMI cable.
Is this one of the solutions or are there others? Or are the two transmissions (analog and digital) incompatible with the same unit?
What do you suggest I should do to save this problem?

With kind regards,

Yves Claeys
