in.sight No notifications
Hi,
Suddenly I am no longer receiving notifications of activation on either my iPad or iphone 5 from my in.sight camera. All was well until Xmas eve. Any ideas what could be wrong? Has there been an outage? I can view live streams and the sound is working. Notifications are turned on still. No transmission to Drop Box either
If the camera is showing live footage and there is movement in front of the camera then a banner shows on screen saying 'activation'. Can anyone help?

I am facing exactly the same problem since several days. The notification for the sound works in my case but the notification for motion just died. I have tried to remove the camera and add it again in my list but also that doesn't help. The only other thing maybe left to try is to reset the camera. There is a small hole at the back of the camera with a reset knob. I have not tried this yet...

Dear both,
Would like to check with you if you are still experiencing the issue now? Have you tried resetting your device? Please advise.
Kind regards,

Still facing the same issue after the reset and setting up the camera again. But I noticed it has to do with the sensitivity setting of the camera. I have to make a very large movement, like completely blocking the camera with my hand for the motion notification to work. In my case, we have an Ipad, Ipod and Android device. When I for example set the sensitivity to 100% on my Android phone and later check on the Ipad, I see that somehow the sensitivity on the Ipad shows only eg 5%. It seems somehow that the camera is not able to accept the setting for higher sensitivity. I have also upgraded the app for both Android and iOS devices to the latetest version but also that does not improve the situation. If you have any suggestion how to fix this, please let us know.
