Hi,
what kind of 3D movie? Which 21:9 do you have and which firmware is installed? If this is a side-by-side movie, you can only activate 3D if the movie has a resolution of exact:
- 1280x720
- 1920x1080

Hi!
Is it perhaps 9956 model since it's 21:9?
Do you see 2 pictures of your movie on TV? Cause if you do you have to click ADJUST on your remote controller and then choose 3D and type of 3D it can be OU - over and under or SBS side by side and there are some other options. Choose proper one and confirm it and all you have to do then is to put your 3d glasses on and activate them.

What kind of 3D blu ray player do you have ??
I had the same problem with my tv and I use my Playstation 3.
You have the activate the 3D on the PS 3 manual, otherwise he don't see him.

I don't have BluRay player. I watch 3D movies via USB if they have AC3 sound codec or if they don't i do via XTreamer Prodigy. But all in all i must activate 3D via remote controller ADJUST - 3D - and choosing type of 3D and that's it - 3 steps that's all. Where here do you not follow? I mean you have to know type of 3D movie which you have (SBS, OU ...) and where on remote controller to activate 3D.
