Reorder channels on 32PFL3807H

Hi,

I cannot reorder my channels in the list view. According to the manual list, option and then reorder must be chosen. However I don't have the reoder function. Only have Favourites and select list.

Could you please confirm to me the following:

1. What software version is installed on the TV? (if not latest, please update to this using USB)
2. Where are you getting the signals from? ( DVB-T/DVB-C + Provider)
3. What tuner are you using? (Internal or external)
4. Where are you located?

Some providers in certain countries does not support the reorder this is the reason why i'm asking these questions.
