    EPG does not change channel - 26PFL4007T

    I recently bought a 26PFL4007T TV. I'm happy with everything apart from the EPG. When you go on to the EPG, and select the channel you want to watch it only works approximately 50% of the time. The other 50% of the time it simply returns you to the last channel you have been watching. Am I doing something incorrectly?

    Could you please confirm to me what software version is installed on the tv?
