47pfl6907 hdmi arc sound interruptions
Hi
Just got my new 47PFL6907 and I'm experiencing major problems with HDMI ARC sound interruptions. I have connected one HDMI cable to my Onkyo NR709 receiver and all devices are connected to the Onkyo. No problem with the devices. ARC seemed to work fine when watching TV, but after a while the sound starts to get interrupted. The sound goes on and off a few times before I lose it completely. After turning off the TV for about ten seconds and turning it on again the ARC works and I have the sound back on my speakers, but after a while the problem appears again and so it continues. Not so appreciated when watching Avatar and having to switch to TV speakers.
I'm quite disappointed as otherwise the TV has a nice design and the picture is great. Is this a general problem with this model which will be resolved or do I have to start a claim procedure? I would like to avoid using an additional optical cable, and the ARC should of course always function correctly without any disturbances whatsoever.
Hope Phillips can fix this issue.

Hi Noarc, can you tell which FW is installed in your TV: key in 123654 on the remote control, and scroll down in the CSM menu's. In CSM2 this is mentioned.
Should be at least v000.150.082.000. If not, download f.e. here and install.
Also your Onkyo should have the latest FW (don't know if that is upgradable).
Maybe that solves the isssue?
