Yesterday, I purchased this blue ray player, but I have no sound and bad colored picture on my tv 32PFL9604H/12. I have this problem with simple DVD-videos with the right region code.
The player is HDMI connected, and the configuration are:

Video:
TV Display 16:9
HDMI Video auto
HDMI Deep color off
Picture settings standard
Watch 3D video off

Audio:
Night mode off
Neo 6 off
HDMI audio auto
Digital Audio auto
PCM Downsampling off

Please, Help !
